Veld provides a platform that encourages sustainable food production by creating new relationships between local farmers, consumers, and chefs. How do we keep everyone happy? By empowering farmers to set their own prices! As you know, this is contrary to the traditional model where big retailers tell farmers at what price they can sell their food (crazy right?). 

With Veld, consumers get quick, reliable delivery (with wait times as short as 1 hour!), reasonable prices, and 100% transparency into all products – you’ll know where your food comes from, what it ate, and any additional breeding information! Local chefs select products from Veld partner farms and whip them up into a delicious “signature dish.” Veld shares videos of the chefs in action, so consumers can replicate any “signature dish” for their friends and family!

It’s like having a farmer as your personal produce shopper — and you still get the final say of what goes into each delivery.
